We know that God has been writing and telling a story of His love for humanity from the beginning of time. God’s presence does not have to be manufactured in any given moment; He is. He is active and moving and continuing to write the same story of love. This story is one that has been expanded by exponential grace and hope through Jesus Christ. We, now, have the privilege to participate in that story.
What to expect.
On Sunday mornings you can expect to be greeted with a welcoming smile, fresh coffee and donuts. Our Team Members are some of the friendliest in the city and we are excited to meet you, your friends, or your family.
You can expect a 75-minute service with worship through music, communion, and a Jesus-centered message. We have children’s services from ages newborn through 5th grade called Kingdom Kids. Our Kingdom Kids Team Members are background checked and trained to care, support, and teach your kids about Jesus.
We have other pathways of connection throughout the week as well, including small groups, Bible studies, and more. Connecting with others is an integral part of community and part of our mission to disciple a city!

Who we are.
New Hope Church LBK is a Jesus-following, friendly, supportive, and welcoming church in the community of Lubbock, TX. We see the Church that Jesus is building as an active and current expression of the future promised to every believer: one full of hope, love, joy, redemption, and reconciliation.
New Hope is a 91-year-old church that exists to reach, disciple, and serve the city!
